Spicy Italian Fish With Olives And Tomatoes

1/4 C olive oil           
2 lbs fish fillets           
1/2 C chopped parsley           
1/2 tsp dried crushed red pepper flakes           
4 C chopped or cherry tomatoes           
1 C Kalamata Olives chopped           
6 cloves garlic minced           
heat oil and sauté fish until almost done           
remove fish and add all other ingredients           
sauté until tomatoes are soft           
season with salt and pepper           
return fish and cover with sauce           
simmer 5 minutes           
option - serve over pasta           
option - garnish with crumbled feta cheese
