Texas Caviar

1 can whole pinto beans - drained           
1 can black eyed peas - drained           
2 cans white corn - drained           
1 C finely chopped green pepper           
1 C finely chopped onion           
1 sm jar jalapenos - chopped and drained           
1 sm jar chopped pimento - drained           
in sauce pan combine:           
1/2 C vegetable oil           
1/4 C cider vinegar           
1/4 C sugar           
1/2 t salt           
1/4 t pepper           
Bring to a boil stirring.  Cool and pour over bean mixture.           
Marainate overnight refrigerated           
Bring to room tempature and serve with chips
